CAT Standard Series
Circuit breakers are being tested during manufacturing, commissioning or maintenance stages. The most basic test requires timing measurement using circuit breaker timer. Their primary role is timing and motion measurement of medium and high voltage circuit breakers. Devices from CAT Standard series have suitable application in:electric power generation,distribution system,part of the electric power transmission system,contractors testing,and industrial environments.CAT Standard series meets the requirements of an easy to use circuit breaker timer and analyzer with an attractive price. Furthermore, they are portable and lightweight (weighs only up to 7 kg). Finally, the plastic case is unbreakable and has IP67 protective rating when the lid is closed.CAT Standard series includes five models:Three circuit breaker timers – CAT03, CAT31, and CAT61Two circuit breaker analyzers – CAT34 and CAT64CAT03 is a basic model intended only for timing measurement of main contact operations on the circuit breaker with one break per phase. Unlike CAT03, CAT31 has the possibility of circuit breaker operation initiation, coil current measurement, and auxiliary contact timing measurement. CAT61 differs in comparison to CAT31 by its ability to measure up to two breaks per phase.CAT34 and CAT64 are more advanced compared to CAT31 and CAT61, respectively, since they have additional analog channels. Also, they have the possibility of a travel curve recording.A user can download the test results to a USB memory stick or save it to internal memory. The CAT Standard series internal memory can store up to 500 test results (numerical and graphical data). Optional thermal printer prints test results in tabular and graphical form on 80 mm (3.15 inch) paper rolls. CAT Standard series instruments are compatible with DV-Win software. It provides full control of all CAT functions from a PC, as well as acquisition and analysis of test results.

MMR-6500
The MMR-6500 digital meter is designed for measuring low resistances with a stabilised current of up to 100 A. The use of test clamps enables the safe measurement of breakers (high-, medium- and lowvoltage), isolators and other components earthed on both sides. The MMR-6500 series meters are equipped with a unique module in their class that measures inductive components which have a current of up to 10 A, enabling the winding resistance of motors, transformers and other inductive components to be measured. Another useful function is the temperature measurement and the automatic compensation of results with relation to the measured temperature or temperature set by the user. The system is completed with a recorder function. Special measuring algorithms and additional functions allow an appropriate measuring method to be chosen depending on the measured component and measurement conditions, thus, widening the application areas of the meter. Ground Grid Tester
GGT Series
The GGT500 ground grid integrity tester is designed for inspection of the substation ground grid. It can also be used as a portable micro-ohmmeter with Both Sides Grounded and Remote Control functionalities. It is intended to inspection the conditions of a grounding system beneath substations, testing of medium- and high-voltage circuit breakers, disconnecting switches, high-current bus bar joints, cable splices, and different high-current links.In the United States when inspecting the quality of the grounding systems beneath a substation, the proper procedure is to inject 300 A DC during a time period of 60 s. This is what the GGT500 will do, and in that time period, the current path and voltage drop are checked. Also acting as a micro-ohmmeter, the GGT500 can test low resistance values by producing high test currents of up to 500 A.The instrument is placed in an unbreakable, plastic case with IP67 protective rating (with closed lid). Although very portable and lightweight, micro-ohmmeters have very high output power capabilities. High output voltage enables a wider measurement range at higher test currents, as well as the use of thinner/longer test cables. GGT500 ground grid integrity tester generates a true DC ripple-free (less than 1 % ripple) current with automatically regulated test ramps. This significantly decreases magnetic transients and ensures great accuracy.When used for testing in Both Sides Grounded conditions, a special current clamp powered from the ground grid integrity tester is used for measuring a current through groundings. If even a higher safety level is required, the remote control feature enables the operator to perform measurements from a distant location, away from the instrument and test object.
