The HLX™ System is easy to configure to your exact requirements. It distributes HDTV signals up to 1,000 feet away to convenient zone receivers mounted wherever televisions are to be located. For audio systems, the HLX offers DSP and volume control per output (more about HLX for audio). Optional audio zone cards feed multi-channel amplifiers to distribute music to zones. Its robust back plane design allows up to 12 sources to distribute component video up to 1080p, along with analog stereo audio, digital coaxial audio, and digital optical audio. Back Plane Tester
This machine is used to test back planes used in telecommunications central stations. An operator loads a completed point to point wired back plane onto a retractable shelf on the front of the tester. Table continues and the disk falls through a hole into the bin. The shelf is pushed back into the machine where it is held in place by pneumatic operated clamps. Then a series of pneumatic cylinders sequentially insert a test card into each location in the back plane. A remote instrument performs a complete point to point continuity, short and hi pot test on all connections in the back plane.

80 Channel Relay Switch

DP-VXI-4503 is a 80 channel, one Form C (SPDT) relay switch designed as a C size VXI module. This high density switch module is designed with a register based interface occupying only one VXI slot. This module uses two Form ‘C’ relay switches. Out of the two contacts in each relay, one is used to provide the status of the relay through read back and the other is used for switching purpose.The user can write the command for the selected channels on to the primary latch of the FPGA section. Readback is available to confirm the selected commands. On command, the data from the primary latch is transferred to the secondary latch. The relay driver section provides the necessary drive to switch ON the relays. The buffers in this section drive the relay coils.This module features a back plane trigger for VXI triggered operation. On receipt of the back plane trigger the programmed relays will be energised/de-energised. Alternatively, software trigger can be used.
