Turn-around times are typically less than 90 days with units being returned fully tested to their specific program requirements. All repairs are performed using new materials and components. Once the repair has been received, and purchase order issued, a Test and Evaluation report is sent to the end user fully describing our findings and the proposed repair.Following live ejections, Teledyne will download and prepare a post ejection report for any of our ejection seat sequencers AT NO COST to the end user. This report will document the data stored in the flash memory of the unit. The data will be a representation of what the sequencer recorded. However, Teledyne is unable to give any opinions or technical advice on the operation of the seat system.

The Astronics Frequency Converter Unit (FCU) provides frequency conversion of variable frequency aircraft power. Recent trends in aircraft power systems use variable frequency (VF) generators instead of fixed frequency of 400Hz. While the majority of aircraft loads can use VF power, select loads still exclusively require 400Hz and are best addressed by the use of FCUs. The MTS-209 is a state-of-the-art portable test set for various armament systems used on the F-16, F-15, F-18, TA-50, FA-50 and additional aircraft. The MTS-209 supports a wide range of Alternate Mission Equipment (AME) including launchers, pylons, and racks. Mach Airspeed Test Fixture

The TA-6055A is a Mach Airspeed Test Fixture built to support the testing and repair of the 2082 and 2083 series of Servoed Mach Airspeed Indicators (SMASI) used in some Boeing aircraft. These mach airspeeds are synchro driven and require a coarse and fine input for altitude and a third input for airspeed. This test fixture was designed around the test procedure and is interfaced with our TA-1001 panel which provides for two of the synchro sources and two Angle Position Indicators (API).
