The ADC-2550 is a derivative of the ADC-2500 Series. It features a touchscreen interface, a mid range 23PSIA sensor. It is ideally suited for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) applications.

Calibrator Vacuum Source
TestVonics offers an innovative, compact, high performance, oil-free vacuum pump that is suitable for a wide variety of applications. The pump employs an innovative hermetic design in which the motor and bearings are outside the vacuum space, allowing full isolation of all pumped gases. Delivering a robust pumping speed of 60 liters/minute and a very low base pressure of less than 250 milliTorr, it is the highest-performing dry pump in its class. The pump places little additional burden on system utilities and is even suitable for use inside cabinet enclosures.

The C-17 Pitot Static Breakout Box is a derivative of TestVonics™ Line Switching Unit (LSU) Series. The assembly includes a multi-port distribution unit which provides 4 Pitot and 8 Static outputs from one channel of Pitot and Static controlled pressure. The LSU distributes pitot static supplies for the external services and connection of hose assemblies for testing of aircraft Pitot and Static ports for the C-17. The lightweight unit is housed in a highly durable and easy to maneuver case. Additionally, four (4) 30ft Pitot Hoses, eight (8) 30ft Static hoses, and two hose storage bags are included with the assembly.

Universal Power Supply
TestVonics power supplies deliver clean, regulated AC power in a 3.5” high bench top or optional rackmount unit. The TVCS-PS-P1350 model has a fixed output of 115V 400Hz Single phase, ideal for testing the TTU-205 Test Sets. The TVCS-PS-1351 model has a variable output with selectable frequency (50/60/400 Hz) and voltage output for testing of a variety of test equipment including the TTU-205 and other air data test sets.

AIS Air Data Test System

The primary function of the Air Data Test System (ADTS) is to perform testing and fault isolation of pneumatic-type Units Under Test (UUTs). To test a UUT, the operator connects the associated Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) Integrated Test Adapter (ITA) to the rackmount Avionics Intermediate Shop (AIS) test station. The operator connects the ADTS to the IAIS via an RS-232 Interface and then finally, connects the UUT to the ADTS using the supplied cables and hoses.
