Immunity Testing Systems
CIS Series
The CIS series test systems are configured to perform conducted immunity testing according to IEC 61000-4-6. The system includes an ACS series power amplifier, coupling/decoupling Network (CDN), directional coupler, 150Ω to 50Ω adapters, power attenuators, cables and [optional] CSAT software. These systems, when properly configured, are capable of testing your products to all levels given in IEC 61000-4-6 up to 230 MHz. You can choose from three systems. Combilog Antenna
AC-220
The AC-220 Combilog antenna is for EMC emission and immunity up to 2 GHz.. It combines the electrical properties of two antenna (biconical and Log ). It reduces overall testing time by 20 - 30% due to antenna switching. It is Optimized for emission measurements, but can handle up to 500 Watt CW, making it suitable for most immunity measurements . Each antenna is individually calibrated at 10 meters and the data included the purchase price.

Log Periodic Antennas

Transient Limiters
Transient limiter LIT-153A and LIT-930A protects a spectrum analyzer input from high-level transients from the line impedance stabilization networks during EMC conducted emissions testing. It has a combined frequency range of 9 kHz to 30 MHz. The built in high pass filter helps reduce 50/60 Hz line feed through. (see application notes)

M Series
Coupling Decoupling Networks are recommenced for all power supplies connections. The distubance signals are coupled to each conductor in the supply lines according to EN 61000-4-6 standard. The standard M series CDNs have a current rating of 25 Amps. Com-Power CDNs are available for power supplies from 1 to 5 conductors. These CDNs cover the frequency range of 150 kHz - 230 MHz.

Active Loop Antenna
AL-130R
Also known as Magnetic Loop Antenna, the AL-130R is compliant with CISPR 16-1-4. It is ideal for emissions measurements as required by various EMC standards such as FCC 18, CISPR 11, CISPR 13, CISPR 14, CISPR 32 and many more. The built-in, low-noise preamplifier, increases overall measurement sensitivity as well as the overall signal to noise ratio. As per ANSI C63.4-2014, the use of active loop antenna for compliance testing is permitted in a non-sheilded environment ONLY if the saturation indicator is continuously monitored during the course of testing. Com-Power’s Remote Antenna Interface (RAI-100) comes in very handy for this application. Com-Power PC-114 EMI emissions test system is a ideal solution performing pre-compliance EMC testing from 9 kHz - 1 GHz.. It has essential equipment needed for radiated and conducted EMI emissions measurements. The system includes a spectrum analyzer, antennas, near field probes, a preamplifier, LISN and a non conductive antenna tripod. Pre-compliance testing in EMC is a commonly used term not easy to define. In general, it implies testing done prior to formal testing for legal compliance. Formal legal compliance is performed at a facility designed and equipped with test instrumentation that is fully compliant with the applicable EMC standards. Such facility and instrumentation is capital intensive and can be expensive even to rent and not easily available. Compliance testing is performed per exacting requirements of the Standards and other reference documents adhering to the test methods and last detail. In addition, the test facility may require to be accredited by an accreditation body such as NVLAP, A2LA. Often it is desirable to know prior to compliance testing at such facility, whether a product is close to compliance and also how close. Pre-compliance testing is specially useful for specifications such as FCC, Part 15, EN 55022 or EN 55011 (CISPR 22 or CISPR11). Pre-compliance testing usually means using the full compliance methods but making a few educated compromises in use of site or equipment to reduce costs and testing time. The SGTEL-168 is a versatile surge generator designed to simulate all the environmental surge transients as described in FCC TIA-968-B (formerly known as Part 68) and Industry Canada CS03 standard. It provides a single box solution Type A, Type B (metallic and longitudinal) and Powerline surges. These surges simulate the effect of lightning on telecom equipment under test. So it is also referred to as Lightning Simulator. The electromagnetic energy from the lightning couples into the equipment by powerline or telecom cable exposed to the lightning directly or indirectly. This model is an upgraded version of SG-168 with windows software control and a user friendly front panel for manual operation.
